Candidates must be registered in the employment exchange of Uttarakhand.

Fees: INR 400 for general/OBC and INR 200 for other category through Demand draft in favor of “EE (HQ), UPCL” payable at Dehradun.

Selection procedure: merit will be based on the 88% for written test and 12% for interview.
